Kombucha is made by fermenting black tea and green tea extracts using lactic acid bacteria and yeast. Fermented kombucha contains organic acids, vitamins, and polyphenols from green tea, which are derived from fermentation products of yeast and lactic acid bacteria. These active ingredients of kombucha help to make the skin clear, firm, and healthy.
