REFUND POLICY
1. Full Refund
- If delivery fails due to our fault such as shipping to a different place from customer's address or the failure of export custom clearance in Korea, we refund 100%
- If a customer successfully notifies us of order cancellation before we dispatch the parcel, we refund 100%.
2. Partial Refund
In the case of partial refund, our refund process will be initiated after we receive the parcel and check if all the items meet the returnable condition.
- The parcel arrives in customer's country but delivery attempt fails due to customer's absence. The tracking information is the only criterion for determining if the delivery attempt is made.
- Refund amount = Parcel value - fees paid by us for shipping and returning
- A customer receives the parcel and returns it to Korea within 30 days by our 30 days return guarantee. Please check our return process for more detail (=> Return Policy)
- Refund amount = Parcel value - Actual shipping fee paid by us
3. No Refund
- If delivery fails due to customer's incomplete or wrong address, we are not responsible for any loss. No refund.
- If the delivery fails due to the failure of import custom clearance in customer's country, we are not responsible for any loss. No refund.
- The tracking information is the only criterion for determining delivery completion. Once tracking information indicates delivery completion, we are not liable for delivery and reject the customer's refund request for delivery failure.
