- SCINIC Cicanoid Toner is an anti-oxidant toner formulated with pycnogenol, Centella Asiatica and Madecassoside to soothe and moisturize sensitive skin.
- 🌸
- Pycnogenol is a natural substance with a stronger antioxidant effect than vitamin C and vitamin E. It is a valuable antioxidant substance that can only be obtained in small amounts from the bark of a 1-ton pine tree on the southwest coast of France.
