REFUND POLICY

1. Full Refund

  • If delivery fails due to our fault such as shipping to a different place from customer's address or the failure of export custom clearance in Korea, we refund 100%
  • If a customer successfully notifies us of order cancellation before we dispatch the parcel, we refund 100%.

 

2. Partial Refund

In the case of partial refund, our refund process will be initiated after we receive the parcel and check if all the items meet the returnable condition.

  • The parcel arrives in customer's country but delivery attempt fails due to customer's absence. The tracking information is the only criterion for determining if the delivery attempt is made. 
    • Refund amount = Parcel value - 10% Handling charge - Actual shipping fee paid by us
  • A customer receives the parcel and returns it to Korea within 30 days by our 30 days return guarantee. Please check our return process for more detail (=> Return Policy)
    • Refund amount = Parcel value - Actual shipping fee paid by us

 

3. No Refund

  • If delivery fails due to customer's incomplete or wrong address, we are not responsible for any loss. No refund.
  • If the delivery fails due to the failure of import custom clearance in customer's country, we are not responsible for any loss. No refund.
